“I am so happy working here. I don’t want to leave.
All managements were sad every time if I decided to leave a company. You know, even the CEO of that listed Company A recruited me just last week. Jennifer, you know how good and famous that company is.
I can’t believe this is happening to me.”
Ashley said to my friend Jennifer after a year-end-review meeting with their General Manager at Company B.
Ashley was forced to leave her current job as her performance has not met with management’s expectations. Her quantitative figures for revenue and profits were not pretty. Her qualitative measures as a manager were pulling her legs too. She is not very good at project managing nor managing her team-members. In addition, she is quite an expert in fabricating, a.k.a. the drama queen. Well, from a person who got fired and made up a story of a pretentious hire, I am sure you can small that right of the bat.
